Not including communities - only users.
I’ve not checked to see if any powered down and returned.
Powered Down and left. Some appear to be inactive but not powered down.
There are a lot of variables in this one.
And tracking all powerdowns, partial and full, is more difficult.
The definition of active / non-active has nuances as well - posting, commenting, voting, delegating etc.
I'll cancel the question and be more careful in future!
