Does it look like I'm ‘working’ for rewards now?

Absolutely not! I just want to be fair with the effort going in to questions and this was my way of making it feel fair 🙂

Would it make sense if everyone or every team that got a point has to prepare a question next?

I've thought about this... the only thing that's stopped this is if it becomes a barrier to entry or if others aren't willing to put the same care into asking questions as we do.
