Here in Nigeria, we say traffic jam reduces life span, but it didn't only do that, it still dismantles plans, in the sense that if you have planned and hour, it may turn to two hours and that already get things wrongly. Where traffic jam happens is a city where people lives most, just like Lagos Nigeria.
