Yes, some people still don't understand that rubbish should be properly disposed to avoid causing some danger to the people and the environment.
In my area, they throw rubbish in the gutters and say to themselves that when rain falls, it washes away the rubbish forgetting that those rubbish could block these gutters hence, causing erosion. I enjoyed reading your entry, Success to you sir!
I totally agree, the gutter is not a trash can, many people still want to simply throw their rubbish into the gutter because they don't want to get tired of going to the actual rubbish dump, which may be quite far from where they live. Thank you very much for giving a good review of my content :)
