Greetings everyone,

As the festive season sets in, there is going to be some packed matches to be played and as always, only the toughest and most resilient teams can withstand the pressure that comes along with this. But these are not normal times due to the covid 19 spread along with others such as the omicron virus.

With all teams boasting of squad depth, the team with the best squad depth would certainly possess the upper hand in this title race challenge. For instance, looking at what Pep Guardiola has done with Man City, they play a much better game than almost all the teams in England finding spaces in tight areas and manipulating defenses with smart passes.

I always tend to enjoy watching Man City play due to this exact reason and their consistency in the various fixtures on a weekly basis. The most recent example is the match between City and Leicester which looked more like training during the first half. City was simply toying with them and there was nothing they could do about it.

Teams like Chelsea and Liverpool are really strong sides too with quite formidable teams. Both sides have also proven to be among the very best in the league judging by their performance in recent times. However, their luck of consistency in some of the most challenging games is the reason why I don't think they can make it this season.

So yes, I am of the opinion that this particular premier league season title is going to be lifted by Manchester City and they will be the Champions of England once again.

Thank you for your attention.

El Liverpool acaba de perder hoy frente al Leicester City, esto hará que el City tome una distancia con ellos y para mí también serán los Campeones. Es un súper disfrute ver los juegos del City.

That's very true buddy :)

A really comfortable one, considering Liverpool losing to Leicester City makes the gap a bit huge. I hope they will be able to catch up to make it more competitive.

Thanks for sharing.

it's going to be quite difficult for them to catch up in my opinion. In this league, teams like City cannot afford to slip up.

Let's hope so but trust me one or two of these relegation teams will make the difference I think.

The reason why I enjoy the premier league is that it’s not predictable anything can happen. So if man city can avoid any slip ups they can win. And I know Liverpool and Chelsea won’t give up without a fight. So it’s going to be very interesting.

Provided Lipool don't lose any subsequent games, they till have a chance. And Chelsea would need to win both games against City and Liverpool in the coming weeks.

We know for sure that Chelsea will win those fixtures

Epl is about to get vey interesting. And every single point from now onwards will count in deciding the winner.

Man City is increasing the point difference making it difficult for those behind.

Certainly

I wont say they are in a comfortable lead yet, but they are on the right path.

There is surely a long way to go still.

yes looking at the way they are playing,,,they look unstoppable, they might even stretch the lead to 11points clear before Chelsea and liverpool meet on sunday

And that's exactly what happened.

Looks like Manchester City, evidently, have a comfortable lead but I don’t think they’re in the clear. Time is the only one that can best tell.

Most certainly, other teams cannot afford to slip up too.
