Went back to childhood memories | 5% for SL Charity

It was raining most of the day yesterday. My father got home early yesterday after work. After getting clean, he started to watch TV. I joined him to watch TV. We changed channels many times and finally decided to watch cartoons. 😏😁 Giripura aththo, Garfield cartoons and some parts of Scooby Doo were watched together. It made me really happy and reminds me my childhood also.🤗

When school vacation started, me and my sister were waiting to see our cousin. Whenever we got school vacation, he used to come to our house and spend the whole vacation with us. It made us more happy. We three are in the same age group. So we have a lot of fun when we get together.

Normally, we woke up around 6 or 7 o'clock in the morning. After quick cleaning 🤭 we start to watch kids movies. We have watched the same movie several times. But never got bored. 🤪 Our mothers or puncha brought foods to us to eat. But we used to eat the film more than food.😐😐😐

After the movie was finished, we started to play. The game could be different according to the day. We play hide and seek, sellam Gedara, sellam kadaya, cricket, running, create different items using clay, riding bicycles etc etc.. There are soo many..🤩🤩🤩🤩 We played until sun is going down. Some days, we watch cartoons in the evening too. Sura pappa, Scooby doo, Tom & Jerry, Pink panther are some that we loved to watch.

Oh...I just remembered. Dear friends, have you ever tried creating oil using Hibiscus leaves? We did it. The recipe from puncha. 🤭 It was very sticky. But we made it every vacation. It was used as oil in sellam gedara.

What an amazing period was it. Just remembrance to those old memories also made me happy. How about you guys?
