Some of us keep a journal with us and some of us do not. It is hard to get an overall idea about a whole month, even if we kept a journal because most of the time we just write our thoughts there. For sometime, I was thinking a way to track my whole month in the journal in a more organized manner. I watched some tiktoks and combined them with my thoughts to adjust it to track my month. These are the things I came up with to get an overall idea about my days.

I added some few more pages in the beginning of each month before I started my daily entries there.

I added the days and dates of the month in the beginning to get an idea about which date falls into which day. Then the next things was to add a task tracker where I could enter the due activities for the relevant days.

Work should not be the only thing that we do in the month. We should spend time relaxing by engaging with our hobbies. So I added a habit tracker where I could tick on the days that I spent time on doing my favourite things.
Fourth page is the activity tracker. I reserved that page to comment on how I spent that days. Did I was just sitting or lying down the whole day? Did I move at least a bit? Or Could I work out? This could give me some idea about the exercises that my body got.

Fifth page is the mood tracker. I’m just simply gonna colour the day with the dominant mood of that day; whether it was great, good, okay or bad. So I can see whether I was happy or depressed or bored at the end of the month.

Last but not the least, is the most important page. Something that I realized is that I had to sacrifice my sleep the more busier I get, which is not something good for my health. So I reserved that sixth age to mark the time of hours that I got to sleep.

I include my daily entries for the month after reserving the first few pages to the above. I personally like this way because it adds more value to my journal. Not only i could write my thoughts there, but also get a summary of my month. So I can evaluate how I spent my time at the end of each month.

I’m telling you guys, you should really try this because it’s really helpful to improve yourself.
