THE DIARY GAME:13/09/2020: Free day at Hostel

This is my first weekend at the hostel after the reopening of the university. University was closed around 6 months due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Then the situation of Sri Lanka quite fine to start the usual social Life. Therefor Our faculty was started last Monday and finished one academic week until today. I take a small time to thank the Sri Lankan Government to their wise and suitable Decision taken at the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic. But now there are no zero risks we should have to follow the health guidance to protect me and others.

Ok after the boring six months I spent very busy academic week and today I had some free time to some nonacademic related things. Since today is a holiday, I had taken better sleep than weekdays. I think I woke up around 8 a.m. in the morning. As usual I had to take my breakfast then I went to the food center is known as “Amba Sewana “ . English meaning of that name is “ Mango tree shadow” because there is a mango tree near the that food restaurant. I bought Traditional Sri Lankan rice with curry parcel and came to hostel. It was a very tasty and nutrient meal.

After the breakfast I started some 3D Modeling works. It is an extension building for school in my village. I used Revit Architecture for model it. It is some simple building structure and according to their requirement I did the floor planning and 3D modelling works.

In the evening some of my hostel friends are came to hostel and they bring some home-made food for us. They bring so much taste meals lot of them are rice and curry. We all are sharing those food for our dinner and bought some foods from food center for deficiency. Then I start some work for tomorrow morning practical session.
