My Dream Day 💕

Getting married to your love is exciting. It was 11th of March. The day I got married to my love. ❤️ We had only 10 weeks to plan everything. We did not believe in Horoscopes and but we need a date to have the wedding. Therefore we went to select a good day for our wedding. They gave us March 11, May 1st and someday in July. Among them, we selected March 11th.

We had to plan everything within a short time period. As I was at Panadura, we only had weekends. So, weekends were fully packed. We selected Salon Belinda after reviewing so many things. Specially my skin color as I am darker in skin tone.

Then we selected DreamBox as our wedding photographer considering the same reason also. And their service is good. After that we selected our saree from Zeel sarees. We mostly consider my skin color in this. DreamBride did my Kandian within shorter time. I was amazed with their works even with the fit on trials.

Then we selected Aradhana River Park, Hikkaduwa as our wedding location. They had beautiful outdoor locations for Poruwa and registration setup. Originally we did not have a plan to do a outdoor wedding. But we selected that after seeing the location. Considering the date and time, we had to go for a night function.

So, we arranged everything in that way. Poruwa and registration was done outside. Tea table arranged in river front hut. Wedding ceremony arranged in a reception hall after that. Making list of participants was the hardest part of the wedding as we decided to limit visitors to 150. We took an one day function. Therefore we had to eliminate many relatives and friends.
