Today I have come to participate in the ketchup recipe competition like every time, but today's ketchup is a little different and is a mixture of many ingredients. As a student, I got several ketchup ideas from Sir and gaining knowledge of this ketchup recipe has changed my ideas because now I can make it at home.

List all the ingredients used in making Vitality Ketchup with their correct quantities.

First of all, several ingredients are required to make today's ketchup, some of which I bought from the market. Since today is the Vitality Ketchup event, I will make a list of the exact quantity of each ingredient. I hope everyone will like my list of ingredients.

🥗 STEP 01 🥗
1000067703.jpg1000067704.jpg1000067782.jpg1000067701.jpg

First of all, I freshen the coriander and mint leaves among my ingredients, wash them and keep them in a small cup separate from the bowl.

🥗 STEP 02 🥗
1000067791.jpg1000067792.jpg1000067981.jpg

Then, when the water drained from the leaves, I separated the leaves from the coriander and mint leaves and chopped them finely and spread the chopped leaves to dry the water.

🥗 STEP 03 🥗

🥗 STEP 05 🥗
1000067725.jpg1000067732.jpg1000067733.jpg

I put a pot on the electric stove and added water and tomato slices along with garlic and ginger, and boiled it for 5-6 minutes.

🥗 STEP 06 🥗
1000067735.jpg1000067789.jpg1000067738.jpg

When it boiled, I put it in a clean container and kept it aside to cool.

🥗 STEP 07 🥗
1000067790.jpg1000067745.jpg1000067749.jpg

Then, when it cooled, I blended it well in a juicer blender. After blending, I put these ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.

🥗 STEP 08 🥗
1000067748.jpg1000067751.jpg1000067794.jpg

I put the boiled ingredients in a sieve and I strained them with a sieve to separate the skin and tomato seeds from the ingredients. Then I have all the liquid ingredients in my bowl.

🥗 STEP 09 🥗
1000067754.jpg1000067755.jpg1000067757.jpg

Then I put a pot on the electric stove and put cooking oil in it on low heat. After the oil is a little hot, I put raw chilies in it, along with the liquid tomatoes.

🥗 STEP 10 🥗
1000067761.jpg1000067759.jpg1000067760.jpg

Then I stir it, there I add red chilies, turmeric, and salt to taste as ingredients. Then I stir it well on low heat.

🥗 STEP 11 🥗
1000067762.jpg1000067763.jpg1000067764.jpg

Then I add sugar, white vinegar, and chopped coriander and mint leaves to it and stir it well.

🥗 STEP 12 🥗
1000067766.jpg1000067795.jpg1000067796.jpg

After a while, it thickened and thickened, so I took another clean container and put the ketchup in it.

Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper.

1000067774.jpg

The ketchup looked delicious, but it had a lot of grains during cooking, which were salty. I put this ketchup in a white container, which made the ketchup look pretty because it was red. I wrote my name and date on a piece of paper and arranged it. I added coriander and mint leaves and some ginger slices to the ketchup. Then I took a picture.

I made less ketchup because I would eat it today, and I had already made noodles to eat. Eating noodles with tomato ketchup is different.

Did you enjoy and learnt making ketchups at home by participating in this season? Share your experience of all weeks.

Yes, I participated in 6 ketchup competitions this season, and I was very interested in the recipes given by Sir. As a student, I increased my knowledge of ketchup given by Sir. The description of 6 ketchups given by him helped me make ketchup at home. In fact, 6 types of ketchup in 6 competitions gave me new names which I did not know before, but these ketchups are very different from the ketchup in the market. The ketchup given by Sir is not only healthy but also very tasty to eat. I will not buy ketchup from outside from now on; homemade ketchup is more delicious and can be eaten for more than 6 months if taken care of.

I would like to invite my friends @mehwish-almas @ashkhan and @shahid76 to take part in the contest.

Best Regards, @sojib1996
