Zero Point - Gulistan, Dhaka

Today I will write about the zero point of the city called "Dhaka", the capital of our country, and I will pin it up on the Steem Atlas map. I hope everyone will like it.

The name of our capital of Bangladesh, is "Dhaka". Every day, people have to travel from this place to everywhere, starting from business, even though this is the zero point of a city, from which, if you search the location of Dhaka on Google, it shows this point. This point is quite famous on Google for getting distance or location.

It is located in a business area, but there are various types of businesses or big government buildings on all sides of this zero point. The square is made of concrete and it is made of red in color. However, the names of the 64 districts of our country are mentioned there in this concrete, along with the distance of different districts from here (from Dhaka) is also engraved.

Traffic	Police Box

Since it is a zero point, there is a traffic police there so that there is no jam there, and there are several types of vehicles moving there, and there is an opportunity for people to travel through signals. And all this is maintained by the traffic police; there are 24-hour traffic police, and there is a separate room for them. They manage everything around the clock and also play a big role in security.

Crowed	City

This is a square where there are 4 roads and everyone has the facility to go to all four directions of the city through these 4 roads. Besides, there are several business markets there; this place is called Gulistan Zero Point.

Our	Stadium

Since it is the main center of the city, there is a stadium named Maulana Bhashani, a post office, the largest mosque in Bangladesh (Baitul Mukarram), and the largest old bus stand in the city. Everything has been developed here, as well as residential hotels for accommodation.

Some	Sidewalk

Since everything is here, it is quite busy, and hundreds of cars and thousands of people move through this point. There are small sidewalks on the side of the road, which is a very good arrangement for small traders and their stalls earn their livelihood.

Market	Name (pir Yameeni)

This is a city that has been very busy since ancient times, and it still is, so whenever you hear the name Dhaka city, Gulistan Zero Point comes to mind first. Several markets in the city are very convenient for transportation, as they are near Zero Point, and there is a nice arrangement for loading and unloading goods for business.

There are small street food shops for food, as well as good restaurants where food is arranged for hundreds of people. As there are no cars at this Zero Point 24 hours a day, there is police for 24 hours security, and there are CCTV cameras on every side of the road where everything is recorded and any kind of crime is immediately identified.

It is also known as "Nur Hossain Chattar" after Nur Hossain, who was shot dead by police during the 1987 uprising, but is now better known as Zero Point. I live in this city, but I have traveled around and taken pictures there.

It is not only a zero point but also a memory of the 1987 mass uprising, it is also known as an important place in our country. There is the headquarters of our country's political party, Awami League, Muktijoddha Sangsad Krira Chakra, and Bangladesh Secretariat on Bangabandhu Avenue. So this place is an important place in our country.

Small to big businesses have become a vital part of it. This place is growing day by day because everyone from the village comes here to the city to earn a living.
