Sports and our lives
Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community. How are you all? I hope that by the grace of Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. I pray to Allah that we are always well.
Today I want to share a post with you about sports and our lives. Basically, sports are a very important thing for our lives. By playing sports, our blood circulation in the body improves and our body stays healthy. Basically, we need to play sports regularly to keep our body healthy and through sports, we get peace of mind.
There are many people among us who do not like to play sports. Basically, all those people are constantly affected by various diseases. I think sports have a very good effect on our lives.
When we are troubled and do not like something, then if we go to the school field and play sports, we feel much better. Especially by playing sports, all the pain and frustration in our mind is removed. By playing sports, we sometimes quarrel and we enjoy sports. Moreover, while playing sports, our mental health improves and diseases go away from us.
Sports play a very important role in our daily lives. The most important thing is that by playing sports, our blood circulation in our body is better. Blood flows to our brain and the brain becomes beautiful.
When we play sports, we enjoy a wonderful time with friends. So the mental turmoil in the mind is removed and joy is expressed in our mind by playing sports constantly.
I go to our school ground every day. Especially in the afternoon, I go to the school ground and play cricket with my friends. Although I like watching football games very much, cricket is my most popular and favorite game.
Cricket tournaments are organized every day in our area. Through playing cricket, we are constantly trying to develop our skills and we are spreading the influence of the game in our area.
I enjoy it a lot when I go to play in the school ground. Moreover, before that, I had the habit of smoking and drinking alcohol. As a result of going to play sports regularly, those bad habits of mine have now gone away and now I have been forced to quit smoking. Because playing sports with friends removes all the sorrows and troubles of the mind and the time goes by very well.
We should play sports regularly to improve our mental and physical health. By playing sports, our life becomes more beautiful. Health improves and we can stay free from diseases.
I always go to the school field in the afternoon and play sports. If you want, you can also play sports anywhere and you can improve your own interests. Especially, sports play a very important role in improving your life.
