The need for proper nutrition to stay healthy

Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community. How are you all? I hope that by the grace of Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. I pray to Allah that we are always doing well.

Today I want to talk to you about the importance of eating right. Basically, in real life, we must eat food to survive. There are many people who are very indifferent to eating food. They eat food but do not actually eat the right food.

Nowadays, the influence of adulterated food has increased a lot among us. Adulterated food is everywhere, in hotels and restaurants on the roadside. Dead chickens are being considered as proper food. Different animals are being slaughtered and served in different dishes and we are being deceived quite a bit.

Basically, if we want to live properly now, we have to eat right food. The need to eat right food has a very big impact on our lives.

People who adulterate food are our enemies and the biggest enemies of the country. They are adulterating food only to achieve their own interests and are wasting our precious lives. Due to adulteration in food, we are consuming it and other parts of our body are becoming useless. Due to consuming adulterated food for a long time, the body is not able to tolerate it and various diseases are appearing in the body. Especially due to consuming adulterated food, germs like cancer settle in the body. It has a very serious impact on our lives and can even end our lives at some point.

What should we do in that case?

Of course, we must always eat right food. Food that is adulterated in food must be avoided. We must be aware before consuming food. Because germs enter our body through food. If we want to be healthy and beautiful, then we must have the importance and necessity of eating right food.

Those of us who have already eaten adulterated food must be safe. We must avoid all the foods that create excess cholesterol in our body. If we have already eaten adulterated food, then there is a way to survive. And that is that we must eat green vegetables and fresh fruits. Germs like cancer are hidden in fresh fruits and natural medicines. So we must eat fresh vegetables and eat fresh fruits.

Basically, we are all trying to stay healthy. However, many of us are applying disease germs to our bodies through food and taking medicine. In fact, it is never possible to eliminate diseases by taking medicine. To eliminate diseases, we must change our eating habits.

Let us constantly eat right and balanced food. Especially by collecting food from the ingredients available in nature and it helps us save our lives.

Every food helps to keep our lives fresh and beautiful. However, it must be a balanced diet and we must stay away from adulterated food. We must remember that the importance of eating right food is immense if we are to survive.
