To have a long life, one should enjoy fresh breath and green nature.

Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community. How are you all. I hope by the grace of Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. I pray to Allah that we are always doing well.

Today I want to share some wonderful information with you. Basically, today I want to talk to you about the benefits of green nature and fresh air.

Basically, we have become too busy with life. We have no time to think about nature now. There is a lot of natural beauty around us. We do not have the ability to enjoy the beauties that are near our homes.

It is natural that there will always be busyness in human life. However, ignoring the many busyness, we must enjoy nature. Because the creator has provided natural medicine in this nature. And by taking that medicine, we humans can stay healthy for life.

We do not need extra drugs or medicines to stay healthy. The creator has created humans and has created natural medicine with it. However, we must find and find those natural medicines.

Every element of nature is necessary for our body. However, we are wasting our physical resources while leading our lives. There is a proverb in Bengali, health is wealth. If our health is good, then everything looks beautiful. And if our health is not good, then our mind does not sit on any work.

The Creator has given us life and He controls us. But sometimes we get too busy. We do not have time to spend even a single moment in nature. We worry too much and due to not enjoying the green nature, we face various problems. Especially if we do not take the green fresh air of nature, then we may face heart disease problems. And once we have heart disease, it has a very bad effect on our life.

So let us send our busy life on vacation sometimes. By sending it on vacation sometimes, we enjoy nature. The fresh breath in nature plays a very important role in our life.

The Creator has created this world very beautifully. Green and fresh breath all around. We are very busy in managing our lives. But sometimes we have to send all the busyness on vacation. Then we have to explore the natural beauties around us.

When we explore the surrounding nature and take fresh breath, our heart disease problem will go away and the chances of it happening will decrease. I think if we take fresh breath in nature it is very beneficial for our body.

So through today's post I want to clear you, take fresh breath to live long in life. Enjoy the natural beauty and get lost in nature. You will see that your life expectancy will increase and you will be able to enjoy a beautiful life and that too with health.
