Mental trauma hurts more than physical trauma.

When you get hurt or cut somewhere on your body, everyone can see the pain. When your skin is cut, and blood comes out, you can quickly bandage it. But when a storm breaks out in your mind, no one can see that wound. I think that this hidden pain in your mind is much more painful than the pain in your body.

The wounds on your body dry up after a few days, and the scars gradually lighten. But the wounds in your mind do not dry easily; they keep bleeding inside all the time. There is no ointment for this pain, no prescription. You have to constantly fight against an invisible pain.

When I fell while playing as a child, my mother would gently blow on me. I would see that the pain had completely disappeared after two or three days. But when I grew up, when I felt neglected by my loved ones, there was no medicine for the intense pain in my heart.

The biggest problem is that this pain in your mind cannot be easily explained to anyone. When an arm or leg is broken, people show compassion and care. But when you tell someone about your sadness, many people dismiss it as just drama or weakness.

This fear of being alone increases the pain in your heart. Then it seems that I am probably all alone in this whole world. Only I can constantly feel how tiring this silent fight with myself is.

I may look very cheerful from the outside, and I talk to everyone with a smile. But no one knows how many tears I have to shed in my room alone in the dark of night. Only I know how much damage I have to hide behind a fake smile.

This mental turmoil is not only stuck in the mind. It slowly destroys the entire body. Night after night, my eyes cannot sleep, and my chest feels empty. Faith in people and the will to live eventually diminish.

When we feel bad, we easily go to the doctor and take medicine. But there is no quick cure for sadness. There is no easy solution to this suffering that is usually found around us. It gradually destroys people from the inside.

I sincerely believe that a little sweet talk and love from us can save a person's life. Before saying anything harsh to someone, we should think about how deeply our words can hurt them.

No weapon is needed to destroy someone mentally; a little negligence is enough. So we should try to understand each other's pain. At least do not give someone such a blow that will cripple them for life.
