Describe your reasoning, some, maybe.
The "best" responses will get something.

Sort:  

Left one is similar to alchemist with destroy instead of poison and no cure, while right one is ranger++ without any attack squares. Tbh with rangers removing the attack squares isnt the biggest deal, it would of course suck a bit but I think it'd be equally capable of destroying AI, while personally I always felt it was kinda clunky to try to use alchemist because simply when using ranger you gotta be able to easily reposition to nearby squares because minions usually don't have high movement, while it's hard to attack a minion two turns in a row using alchemist, so conclusion I'd value A at around 8 (seems decently balanced against alchemist) and B at around 10-11

I think right is better in this situation. Mobility can be nice, however its much harder to aim a 2-far attack.

Left is comparable to alchemist, remove the heal ability and the fact that poison is magic (unblockable), add the destroy instead of poison... and a unit would be around the same cost or +1.

The one on the right, is kinda like a necromancer but it can target champions
it can also be seen as a ranger+++ minus kingmove's attack
Lastly you can compare it to apprentice+++, remove the unblockable and swap but add in ranged and +1 cost.

Sort of piggybacking off Ryan, but B is better. The possibilities here are attacking with destroy using king forks, except this is ranged, so this is never happening. Therefore the defensive possibility is the only one, and B wins here since the destroys cannot be evaded with A (A switches colors every move, so you can avoid A's jump threat for a turn by being on the same color as A's attacks but not being ON their attacks).

It's worth noting in an endgame situation, A is probably better than B, for higher mobility. It's not like the maneuverability on A is that bad, it's just worse than B. However, with ranged destroy, taking all your opponents minions for no reason is the goal anyway, so the advantage you gained from being able to do that better with B should make up for B's worse mobility.

seriously tons of minion structures do not exist in CEO due to being taken for absolutely free

A is better as an opening or near endgame as it can leap the minion line and can chase a King easier. I'd prefer A against bots as Destroy is overpowered against bots and the faster mobility is easier to move into position.

I'd prefer B to use in midgame (most of a CEO match) and to use against players as the K move makes it trivial to plan out moves for and makes it easier to defend with.

K and N are pretty equal mobility-wise, so both of these "hollow rangers" would have the same cost. I'd say they both cost 10.

B is probably better early game, but A is probably better late game. Overall though B is probably better because sometimes there is no late game.
