BIOGRAPHY OF THE PROPHET ﷺ....
PART:-••••••••49 .....
Then we returned to our homes in Banu Saad. I do not know if any region on earth was more drought-stricken than our region, but after my return, my goats would go out to graze and return well-fed and full of milk. We would milk and drink milk while no other human being would have a drop of milk.
Their animals would not have any milk left in their udders, to the point that the citizens of our nation would say, "Unlucky ones! Take the animals to graze where the shepherd of Abu Dhu'ib's daughter takes them."
But even then, their goats would return hungry, not a drop of milk left in them.
Thus we continued to witness the increase and goodness from Allah until the child was two years old and I weaned him.
This child was growing faster than the other children, so that by the time he was two years old, he had become very stout. After that, we took the child back to his mother. But the blessings we had seen from him made us want him to stay with us, so we talked to his mother. Why don't you let your child stay with us so that he can get stronger, because we are afraid of the epidemic in Mecca. So, on our constant insistence, they returned the child to us. (Ibn Hisham 162, 163, 164)
✨The incident of the split of the chest::-
Thus, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) remained with Banu Sa’d even after the end of the breastfeeding period until the fourth or fifth year after his birth (this is the opinion of the general biographers, but Ibn Ishaq’s narration shows that this incident occurred in the third year. See Ibn Hisham 1/164, 165) when the incident of the split of the chest (the blessed chest being split) occurred.
The details of this are narrated in Sahih Muslim from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him):
That Gabriel, the trustworthy one, came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was playing with children.
Hazrat Jibril (AS) caught him and made him lie down, opened his chest and took out his heart. Then he took out a piece of the heart and said: This is Satan's share from you. Then he washed the heart in a basin with Zamzam water and then he put it back in its place. Meanwhile, the children ran to the mother of the Prophet (SAW) and said that Muhammad (SAW) had been killed. The people of his house rushed to him and saw that the Prophet (SAW) had turned pale. (Sahih Muslim, Chapter Al-Israa' 1/92)...
