Why 'Mindhunter' is a Must Watch for Crime Thriller Fans|| 10% Beneficiary set to @steem-nations
Hello Steemit family, today I am going to share with you a Netflix series that I really liked because I love crime thriller shows. So, Mindhunter is a true-based crime and thriller show in which it is shown how FBI agents investigate to arrest serial killers. A book has also been written on this, titled Mindhunter: Inside the FBI’s Elite Serial Crime Unit, and the author of this book is John E. Douglas.

In this series, two FBI agents, Agent Holden Ford and Agent Bill Tench, decide to interview America’s most dangerous serial killers to understand what drives an ordinary person to turn into a monster, what thoughts and methods they have in their minds. They conduct friendly interviews with these serial killers one by one and try to understand the unknown killer’s moves in order to catch him in time. This idea of interrogation is what I found most amazing.
AGENT HOLDEN FORD In Real Life vs in Tv Show

I always used to hear that America is full of strange psycho serial killers, but when I got to know about these serial killers, I realized people are right—these killers are no less than psychos. At first, I hated them, but during the interviews, when everyone told why they became like this, I felt a lot of sympathy for them. Most of them said that they didn’t get the love and attention from their family that they needed, and that’s why they turned out this way.
ACTUAL KILLERS vs THE ACTOR who plays them

The casting of this TV show was outstanding. They tried to show the serial killers as close to reality as possible, and they actually looked like how they were in real life. Amazing casting! Out of all these serial killers, the one I liked the most was Edmund Kemper. Although one shouldn’t feel sorry for him because he even murdered his own mother, after hearing his story, I understood how a bad mother can turn an innocent child into a serial killer. He started taking out his anger and frustration by killing others, and later, he began enjoying it.

The stories of other killers were also quite interesting. This show didn’t get the hype or attention it deserved, which is why only two seasons came out, and the third season couldn’t come. All this interrogation was being done to catch a serial killer who was still at large and had evaded the police. That was the BTK killer. Maybe this show didn’t get much attention because people like us aren’t that interested in such topics. Am I the only girl who finds such things interesting? Because most girls watch K-dramas, which I never understand—same love and romance stories.
Anyway, if anyone among you enjoys crime thriller series, then you must watch this show, you’ll love it. And if not, then it might turn out boring for you. That’s all for today. If I come across another good series, I’ll recommend it to you guys. :)
