The diary game 18-10-21 *My birthday*

Assalamualaikum dear hardworking people of steemit. I'm perfectly fine Alhmdulillah and hope the same for you too. I just heard that many people in karachi, or maybe in other cities of pakistan too are getting affected by dangue nowadays. So we need to be very careful. May Allah keep all of us safe from any kind of danger.

This is the diary of my birthday. I had no excitement for my day this time because my best friend/cousin or other half you can say is not home nowadays and also because I was kinda depressed due to many other things.
I turned 19 (dekhty dekhty). I've an intense fear of aging honestly🥺 That's kinda funny but if someone asks me what's your biggest fear? I wouldn't say dark, height or anything but aging.

Anyway let's start with how I celeberated and spent my birthday. On the night of 17th October I was in my grand mother's house from where I had to come back to home because of my college next day. Noone was letting me come back as my mother and siblings were still staying there. But I had quiz which I couldn't miss at any cost. So before coming back at 11:40, my uncle (mamu) asked me to take dupatta and come downstairs. When I asked him why, he said to buy things for breakfast. So I took my baba's permission and went with my mamu.

He took me to a bakery and bought a cake he had ordered prior. I was like mamu I'm going home now and baba would be angry if we get late anymore. But he said that cake would be cut in just 10 mins. He also forced me to buy snacks and chocolates but honestly I was not in a mood. We got the cake and came back at home.
When I went upstairs, everyone (including my grandmother) started singing a birthday song for me and when I saw the time, it was exact 12am. Oh wow the feeling was too good. Nani, mami hugged me and gave me wishes. Everyone at my nani's home loves me too much maybe because I'm the first child of nani's first daughter..

We cut the cake. I tasted a cake of this bakery for the first time and found it delicious.
And then my mami gave me something

I don't like to recieve gifts from everyone tbh because it feels like some kind of responsibility 🙊 but obviously I had to take it and it was too cute. I really liked this idea of little things. My nani too game me some money😁
After that mess I met everyone and we came back at 2. On the way home I replied everyone who wished me on phone. Some of my friends posted a picture or video with me on their stories and profiles with some beautiful words. I really appreciate these kind of little things.

After getting a sleep of 4 hours I woke up at 7. The time for fajar prayer had missed but I prayed however. Wanted to sleep but had to get ready. One of my friends asked me to wear some makeup and look different this day, but I wasn't in this condition at the time so couldn't do anything unfortunately.

When I reached my university, everyone including teacher was present in the class and my friend Ayesha said Happy birthday Afifa. Eveyone heard it and started wishing me. I said thankyou but inside somewhere I thought 'what the heck ayesha, let me come and sit, there wasn't any need to tell everone'.
And when I went to my seat, my two friends who're very close to me gave two papers in my hand. Let me show you what they wrote.

This was written by Asma who's my friend from college. Her words made me feel too good about myself. She's her self a fashion diva and praising me😂 I mean seriously?

This one was Ayesha's paper. Looks like we're students of class 6 or something but trust me little things like this make me feel very happy and emotional and I value them.

After the class we had a break of 1 and a half hour so we decided to go to the library as we had test in the next class because of which I came back to home from my nani's house last night.

As I already had been feeling sleepy and you know the environment of a library. Quite, peaceful which actually makes you faal asleep. So it became difficult for me to study and I just used my phone and talked to my friend. Then the time passed and we went to take our next class. We gave a test first and then sir started his lecture. I was feeling cold that's why came to the last seat after the quiz and became a back bencher😁 It was a class of bussiness statistics.

After the class one of my classmates asked me to come outside. When I went she gave me a gift which I definitely wasn't expecting.

It was this perfume. I said to her that there wasn't any need for it but her reply just made me fall in love with her pure feelings. She said that she really admires me since the day she saw me, how I speak, how I meet with people, how gracefully I wear simple things etc. She also has alot of respect for me in her heart and wants to be my good friend. I just hugged her listening to all these things and said 'Thankyou so much'

Then after taking our last class while we were coming back to home, Asma took me to cafe where ayesha was waiting for us with a cake.
There were many other people in the cafe so I asked them not to sing a song and we'd just cut a cake silently. But those are my friends! Why would they listen to me?🥲

My friend asma made something for me she's expert in. Eventhough I don't like things like macroni, pasta but it was too tasty man. She added good spices in it.

I got back home at 4pm. Took shower, prayed namaz and had some rest. Then after an hour my dadi called me to go to the roof of our house as she wanted to have some walk and enjoy the sunset.

We had a talk with each other while walking. I've good relations with my dadi ammi so we oftenly share different things with each other.

We came downstairs at the the time of maghfiv and I recieved a parcel at 7.

And it was from my cousin Bushra about whom I mentioned earlier that she isn't home nowadays and has been living with her in laws. I was very happy seeing this beautiful thing but what about the weight I'd gain eating 3 cakes a day?🙊😃 She also sent me a song on a voice note which she sang for me. I literally had tears in my eyes k why isn't she here with me now. If she was, we would've sung together. But everything is written already and we can't change it.

My baba brought my family from nani's home. And we went outside for dinner. We usually go to desi restaurants but this time baba did something different and took us to eat pizza.

We enjoyed the dinner and came back.

My sister gave me a bag full of sweet things when we got home.

Yeah I love the gift and their feelings behind it but too much sugar man. And these things affect me very soon. So I'm planning to distribute them into my cousins and siblings.

I was feeling so tired after all this. So after doing some work and getting fresh, I went to bed and slept at 11.
