# Art is an Emotion ✨
Painting is another word for Feelings:
Have you ever heard that "Painting is another word for feelings", yeah while throwing colours on canvas I often express my mind without words.
It was after quite a while today that I held a painting brush in my hand and felt like weaving magic with the wand.
Playing with Colours:
Today I wanted something new and very abstract. I took a canvas sheet and started filling it with colors I liked.
The white canvas sheet suddenly seemed alive, like someone has added flavour to the boring life.
Stardust on My Canvas Sheet:
The language of colors seemed to describe my heart without words. The soothing shades of blue in the background glossed by silver topping felt like stardust had landed on my canvas sheet.
Escape from Worldly Chaos:
I replaced the brush with a palette knife and started engraving my feelings on the canvas. Some flowers, some fragrance and some escape from worldly chaos.
I engraved flowers of some lively colors, the colors that soothed my soul I was so relaxed and I didn't even bother what was going around my house.
I didn't realize these tiny flowers I engraved on the canvas sheet, gave me that peace, I know they were not very artistically engraved but I was happy, relaxed and that was all which matters at the end.
Art is something I can live for:
Long story short, art is a way of survival, art is something that makes me breathe, art is anything I can get away with, art is my business in boredom, art is something I can live for.

I can understand these lines completely because art is the only thing which help me always to come over anxiety, filling colors in painting made you feel that you are filling colors in your life.

Actually I am a Montessori Directress and it is hard for me to do painting on regular basis even though I really wanna do it bcz it helps me to cope with anxiety ..

Painting takes a person to a different world. Instead of writing words by looking at a painting, words are born in the mind by itself.

Literally I also have a very busy schedule but sometimes I really want to sit in a peaceful corner away from all of the worldly problems, to enjoy my time with my self while throwing colours on the canvas and listening to music along with a cup of tea ..
