REMEDY NO 1:

•Hair tonor.

REQUIRED INGREDIENTS:

Following are the ingredients required for this remedy:
•Fenugreek seeds(Meethi Dana in Urdu).

•Black cumin.

•Coconut water.

HOW TO MAKE THIS REMEDY:

To make this remedy take 1 table spoon of fenugreek seeds and one table spoon of black cumin.Take one cup of coconut water.
•Add water in a pan and cook fenugreek seeds and black cumin in a pan and cook it for 15-20 minutes.
•Cool this water with fenugreek seeds and black cumin and add into one cup of Coconut water.
•Keep fenugreek seeds and black cumin in coconut water overnight.
•At morning your hair tonor will be ready and you can use it.

HOW TO USE:

•As you all know that I have not added any oil in it.So, this tonor is oil free and you can use it in winters as well as in summers.
•Keep this tonor in a spray bottle.Spray this tonor for at least 3 times in a day in the roots of your hair.

•Keep this tonor in a fridge or refrigerator.
•After the use of one week you will feel that your hair fall is reducing and your hair are growing because this tonor basically strengthen your hair follicles.
