Although I do agree with women's incredible cooking skills. But I won't fully support your opinion. I think women doesn't ONLY belongs to kitchen. We have life out of kitchen too. And not to forget the fact that cooking is a basic life skill which everyone should know, whether it be male or female. I think men should know basic cooking skills to feed their own self, without bothering females of the house.
Regarding punishment, I completely agree with you. Punishment makes the other person stubborn. There is nothing that can't be solved with love and affection. Only a good conversation can solve a lot of problems.
Rest of all the points you've mentioned, I completely agree with them.
