Announcement - Commencement Of Daily Best Picks
Steemit-pak has been growing at an incredible rate and with that quality of the content has been improved a lot as well. Previously, we were selecting 10 quality posts weekly. But with hundreds of daily posts, it's impossible to give the needed attention to the quality posts.
Therefore, we have decided to select 4 top quality posts on daily basis from tomorrow. So that maximum people can get the appreciation and well deserved votes. We will try to get the support of @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 on those posts. Mind you, as much as the votes are encouraging and motivating, still we cannot guarantee you those every time. So, be patient and keep producing top notch content and we assure you that eventually your work will get noticed.
Now to get yourself selected among the best picks of the day, you will have to work super hard on the quality of the content. We will not be compromising on that and only be selecting the best posts.
Rules
1- Posts with #steemexclusive tag will be evaluated only.
2- Members who are active in the community will get priority. Activity means, your frequent posts and comments on others posts. Comments should be constructive and show that you have actually read the post. Remarks, self-promotion and unnecessary comments will be considered as spam. (Examples : thankyou, welcome, nice, looks good etc )
3- Contest entries will not be the part of daily picks.
How to make Quality Posts?
Following are the some guidelines that can help you immensely. Take these seriously because we will take these into consideration while evaluating your post.
1- We are assuming that you have unlocked at least 3 to 4 achievements before you start posting in this community. However, it's not compulsory. The point is to familiarize you with the basics of Steemit. Do read the following article:
2- You are free to write on any topic. We would love to see the variety. It can be a review, a diary post, STEM article. It can be anything as long as it is yours. We suggest you to write on the topic, you are comfortable with, in order to make a great post.
3- Be original and make easy to read and visually good posts.
4- Give W3W codes wherever needed.
5- Last but not the least, CITE YOUR SOURCES. I cannot emphasize enough on that. Bad post is okay but un-cited sources are a theft which is not forgivable at any cost. When using images, only use royalty free images and cite the primary link. (Google and Wikipedia are not primary sources)

This is one of very brave moves made by the community. There was a problem with the weekly posts that we could only pick 10 users in the whole week. Now we have to chance to pick posts from 28 users. Excellent work. All the best for this initiative. With Steemit Certifications on the roll, i am sure everyone will do his/her best to get selected.

A very brief and understandable explaination for the new members in the community . It will surely help them in making quality post . This post also shows that the admin and modes are working very effectively to give every member reward and to give this community a rise . I think this is one of the best decisions made till now in this community .
