Today I am going to tell you about potato lentils and chicken shamis which are very tasty and spicy. First of all I will tell you about the things that I used while making them. Yes. I hope you will like my shamias very much.

Ingredients
  • One kilo of potatoes.
  • One pound of lentils.
  • One pound of chicken.
  • An onion.
  • Two tomatoes
  • A piece of ginger.
  • Garlic as required .
  • Eight green peppers.
  • Green coriander as required.
  • One ounce of oil
  • Two tablespoons of red pepper.
  • A spoonful of turmeric.
  • A tablespoon of hot spices.
  • A tablespoon of dried coriander.
  • One with a half teaspoon of salt.
  • Two eggs
  • Half a kilo of water.

How to boil potatoes, lentils and chicken

First I peeled the potatoes and washed them thoroughly. In the same way I also washed the chicken and lentils. Grind the green chillies and put them in. Then I put water in it and put it on the stove to cook. When the water is well dried.

How to make shamia

When the potatoes, lentils and chicken are well softened, then we finely chop them with the help of our hands. Mix well and then round them with the help of hands.

How to fry shamia

First I put salt in the eggs and mixed them well. And then I dipped one by one in the egg and put it in hot oil. When it turned brown on one side. When it turned brown on both sides, then I took it out. With that, now our delicious shamans are ready.
