Y

Yeah , It was not easy task for me to check completely status to all the sharing quality contents from @steemit-pak users. I really appreciate your response back on my comments . Some posts were appreciable by rewarding for booming votes , 💯 voted by Steem Pakistan and 100% voted from my side too and some were guided to improve their quality contents. This was really learning experience for me too.

Let me tell you what were my main responsibilities that have performed with sincerity in my first week as a Pakistan Moderator.

Main Responsibilities to be covered Successfully

• Organized My First on going Contest How do plants in your home make your mood delightful ?Share with us your experience.

• Vote and comment on posted quality contents

• Negotiate with new users for improving their qaulity content

• Guide old users to power up for maintaining thier club status

• Check Plagiarism content and warn then to avoid copy paste. Because we appreciates original quality content.

• Incorporate with steemit users to use Right table formats , Right Hashtags related to post and club status, Right Steem Pakistan Designed Tags and avoid unnecessary information on the starting and ending in the post.

• #steemexclusive is mandatory hashtag which everyone have to use in thier posts for sharing original quality content. I also look after that posts has not been posted in another plat form.

MY Up votes Status

Being a Moderator of Steem Pakistan and Steem Family and try to be active user of an other communities , I tried my best to Upvote on quality content users belongs to any Pakistan and other countries.

I up voted on 160 Posts in 1 week along with sharing my CSI 21.4 to show my active participation and sincerity with my job as Moderator.

Visited Posts In 1 week From 12 to 19 Sep

In Steem Pakistan, users posted thier quality contents at leats 10-15 Posts per day like informative article, thediarygames and Contest participation. I visited round about 25-30 posts in a week and performed my responsibilities as a assigning Moderator.
It's really difficult to compile 25+ posts link in one table. That's why , Some of them would like to share with you.

Plagiarized Posts

I also visualized copy paste from social media, Cheating posts or cross posting posts on Steem Pakistan. I mentioned to them avoid to this un bearable act. Please write your own original content.

Muted One Faked User

I have seen one lady user Fake Id , Who introduced herself as belongs to poor family and need support by working on Steemit Platform n she also mentioned her contact number for varification her achievement first. Before 2 days , she or He also shared her/his post Diary Game on @steemit-pak community. I am thankful to @yousafharoonkhan to confirm me that's this is not original quality content. At once , I muted this fake user. We always appreciate and support hardworking qaulity contents.

Conclusion

This is all of my responsibilities that performed with honest and sincerity. I also want to appreciate all moderators , founder and admin who are handling bulk of communities and support quality content users. Because it's not easy task to check posts and bear non serious users attitude too. I am thankful to @event-horizon too for working with me as a good team. I will do my best to continue my best duties as a moderator and work hard for community grow.
