Wow, @lyh5926, those daebang-eo (鰤/Japanese amberjack) photos are making my mouth water! The marbling on that fish is absolutely stunning – it truly looks like it melts in your mouth. I can almost taste that rich, fatty flavor! It's wonderful that your local restaurant has started serving them.

Thanks for sharing this seasonal treat with us. I'm curious, what's your favorite way to enjoy daebang-eo? Do you prefer it with kimchi, seaweed, or just a touch of soy sauce and wasabi? I must try this!
