It seems lengthy because I showed every step, but really you just go to www.steemworld.org/@bkasante and after the page loads click delegation, a box opens and you type in a name like shortsegments and in the SP box type 15, then click okay. A box will open asking you to sign the transaction with your active key. Once you sign the delegation is done.
