La corvina es un pez que podemos encontrar en los ríos y embalses de aguas dulces de los llanos venezolanos, pueden llegar a pesar hasta 4kg o mas. Lo digo porque un día observe a horilla de rio una corvina ahogada con un pez en la boca y era de un tamaño ufff. voy a buscar la foto y os la enseño.
Este pescado como podéis ver en la foto son gorditos tiene carne suficiente para comer hasta 2. lo preparamos comúnmente, dorado y crujiente para evitar las molestas espinas en la boca.
Se aliña, de una manera sencilla, después de picarlo en ruedas. se le añade sal al gusto y se espera que el aceite esté caliente.
