Contest alert- All in one contest W19: Drawing of Pikachu

This drawing is done by myself and all the images used in this post are my own step by step drawings.
✏️ Drawing steps
1️⃣ Step 1 – Blank page and concept
First I took a fully blank runner and created a Pikachu integer in my mind. Drawing consistently starts with a conception, so I allowed it would look de rigueur if I formed Pikachu wearing a cape.
2️⃣ Step 2 – The basic design of the cap
I drew the outline of the cap first. Made the front part of the cap with a slight straight line and then a rounded shape at the top. At this stage it is important to keep a very soft hand so that mistakes can be easily erased.
3️⃣ Step 3 – Cap design and Pikachu's ears
Now I refined the edges of the cape a bit as well as the basic lines of Pikachu's ears. Both ears are tilted down as Pikachu is wearing a cape.
4️⃣ 4th Step – Shaping the body
I then drew Pikachu's body downwards in a long oval shape. Keep the body a little thicker and rounder so that the drawing feels like the original.
5️⃣ Fifth Stage – Face and lightning tail
Now comes the phase of tacking life to the delineation. I pictured big eyes, a slim nose, a beaming mouth and pink circles on both cheeks. Also finalized his famous' ⚡' tone tail.
6️⃣ Final Step – Detailing and Shading
Finally I did light shading all over the Pikachu, to make the drawing more beautiful and stand out. Shading, especially on the ears, cape and tail, made a good standout look.
And so my beloved Pikachu is complete.
