Assalamu Alaikum I hope everyone is healthy and well by the grace of Allah Alhamdulillah I am also healthy and well I have come with a recipe. The recipe is dried fish with lata chachhari. I have been eating this food since my childhood and I like the food very much. And lata is usually available in large quantities in rural areas and is rarely available in the city and is a local lata. Lata is very thin and green in color. It is very interesting to eat, especially when cooked with fish or dried fish. I have been thinking about cooking for a while but I could not cook because I did not have the time. Today I picked up some lata from the side of the house and cut them well. I have also added four potatoes. Potatoes are very dear to my children and me. I like potatoes among vegetables a lot. Anyway, the cooking instructions are very nice. I hope you all like it a lot, let's get started.

  • What I need to cook and the quantities are mentioned below:

  • Step 7:
After that, I added a little more water, covered the pan again, and waited for the water to evaporate. Once the water dried up and the dish reached a thick, stew-like consistency (chorchori), I removed it from the heat and plated it for serving.
