Let me tell you a story with a song by a popular artist Johnny drille who's always known for singing love songs that touches the bone marrow. I'm not a reflection of what happened in this video, but I'm a testament to the lyrics of the song by the artist. The song depicts long-distance relationship, heartbreak, love, patience and trust. Have you been in a relationship with someone virtually that you don't get to see the person because of a job opportunity that takes you away from him or her for a while?

If yes, how is the feeling? Even married men most times separate themselves from each other but promise to be with each other soon once the deed is done. How easy can this be? Before talking about how I created this video and the meaning behind the video, let's talk about the meaning behind the song sung.

This is a music video is created with someone's song and to be honest, I was drilled as his name implies to create a reflection with this song. It took me 2 hours to cover the video. It's what's happening in real life today and it poses a question to both the the man and the woman in a relationship.

Can you tell a woman who sees many suitors on a daily basis that are better than you to wait for you? It's quite difficult. The artist Johnny drille requested his lover wait for him.

The artist promised his lover that he would be back to her even if he doesn't know what the future holds for him. He assures his lover that he would think of her everyday and won't leave her for another woman. He even included a part in praying for her and them. I'm categorising it though. In his own case, he left his lover for a business deal which was impossible to take her along.

What if he doesn't return after a year? Will she be able to wait that long? One thing about women is that they don't usually have patience when it comes to love and marriage. You can't tell a woman to wait that you'll marry her and then you're making plans in 2 or 3 years. If she sees someone who has money and is ready to marry her, she'll move on sad to say.

Now this is the case of getting married. What about those that are married that are far away from each other? Do men and women have the patience to wait to be together again? Do they have that self-control to avoid looking outside and breaking the trust they have in their marriage by taking another partner in secret to satisfy sexual passion and pretend that nothing happened?

These are questions we need to ask ourselves. Is the guy the one who doesn't always have that patience to wait or is it the woman? In cases where this goes wrong, we hear of separation or heartbreak.

• If you love a guy and he loves you too, you both has been together but he tells you to be patient with him that he's working hard to get money so you both can marry, will you be patient with him when you see a wealthy man who loves you and is willing and ready to marry you?

• To the Married women in the house, can you be happy with your husband away from you for months?

To create this video, I made use of a lot of clips to be able to produce the perfect video. My countenance shows worry and sadness. That's what the reflection in the song is all about. I wasn't smiling because I was about to leave my mate to work abroad. So I made 10 clips.

All these captured depression, pain and sadness reflections and my using an incompleted building was to show I was about to be lonely with the walls as my backup. I used an MP3 player to capture the song while I perform the action. It wasn't an easy task, pausing and replaying just to get the emotions done and the exact pauses. If you notice, I sang with my mouth. So my accuracy level was put into check. My mouth had to follow the lyrics for the song.

Editingy clips was with the aid of Capcut editing app. I used the audio version of the song and removed background noise to avoid inference which may not be nice. I made use of the following tools.

The lyrics expresses the commitment of a partner who's in a relationship to reunited with his love. Can this be done in this world? Or will such physical distance always bring chest, heartbreak and separation? My music video was meant to touch the heart and is a wake up call to those in long-distance relationships.
