Dear Diary,
It was a wednesday. Wednesdays are always free days for me to keep fit with steemian. It's been days I did this workout due to some activities that are tight on my neck. I did strenuous activities that day that almost made me give up but with the popular slogan, No pain, No gain, I had to endure to gain what I was looking for in the fitness. It was the hardest fitness I've ever done. Looking at this first picture, it's clear that I saw hell so to speak. This is the narration.

Morning Activities

I found it difficult to sleep at night because of how busy I was online, surfing the net on my phone. I was disturbed by the sound of my alarm clock to wake up for workout. I barely have enough sleep but had to just pull up and prepare for the fitness training with my coach @ngoenyi. After preparations, I took to setting out for the fitness center. The sunrise was just so beautiful to the extent that I had to capture it with my phone.

The environment was just so solemn and the air I breath in was just so filtered from pollution. I got to the center and met others there as well. This is picture of how weird I look early in the morning. The weather was just so clement and promising and I could feel the energy everywhere. I was later though as the training already commence and I missed three programmes which I was told to do before doing the current programme.

Heavy Weight Lifting down

The first programme was more like a jogging pattern where I'll have to raise my legs to and fro sequentially and I was to feel the pain on my hips. The second programme was this weight lifting with two dumbbells. We were to place one of our legs high on two step boards and then hold two dumbbells on different hands then go up and down.

This programme was for us to feel the pain in our arms and legs. We did this for 40 rounds, 20 rounds on each legs and 20 on the other. After completing my rounds, I felt the pain on my arms so much that I found it hard to do other programmes. I already felt tired initially not until the third programme was introduced.

Jumping Squat

This jumping squat was the most tedious. The more programme was introduced, the more tedious the Fitness was becoming to the point that I felt it was more like a punishment for me. This was as a result of the fact that I wasn't up-to-date with the fitness. I've skipped some days and it became more like a new thing. This jumping squat was on a fitness board. This fitness was done by jumping on a step board with your two legs and then jumping down by spreading your legs, going down as it you want to squat and then put your hands in the middle.

This was to be done 40 times. I did ten and I already felt the strain on my hips that I couldn't endure again. I quit with 20 as I was tired already. Currently, this particular squat is the reason I'm broken down but despite the breakdown, I'll still push through as the beginning is always hard. These are pictures of people I was training with who took this fitness seriously even with the pain.

At the end, he felt pain on his abdomen that he couldn't even make moves because of this. He laid down for 15 minutes but didn't give up. He took up another programme whereas, I was struggling with the second. I had to leave the second and enter the third. This third programme was the worst of it all. It was the hardest among the two done.

Legs and butt stretches

This seemed to me as the hardest but I was unaware of other programmes. We were moving from the most complex to the most difficult and strenuous. This was done by laying down on a mat with your butt up. As your butt is up, your two legs must be down. My fitness coach did this first as an example to us before following suit.

Oh God, I was tired of doing the workout again. I took into photographing so I'll not develop complications that would lay me in the hospital. I knew my body system and had to do what I was capable of doing at my own pace. This is picture of me resting after having thorns and thistles. I couldn't endure the pain again and had to just focus on gingering others. The next task was the most difficult. It was press ups stretch

Press Up Stretches and Twindle

This press up stretch was done by placing our arms on the ground and then stretch our legs forward with our hips up. I guess they felt the pain on all parts of their bodies. These are pictures of the exercises done of which stretches were done on the floor before the concluding part of the fitness.

This stretches done on the floor was initiated by our coach. Her ability to stretch with her height being considered amazes me and I was just so concerned that her bones will definitely break with such overall stress. I can even stretch my legs on the floor talkmore of bending the way she did. I told her she'll make me subscribe her to a gymnastic programme because of her flexibility.

We were learning though so we did it to the best of our abilities and then did other stretch that will aid our growth in butt, reduce body fat, legs and the likes of them. These are pictures of my coach trying to massage one of her trainees as she felt pain on her thigh. After the workout, I took to learning how to dunk a basketball on the court we have in that center.....

These are pictures of how I was trying to learn the basketball with @fortwis09 and @alli001. After the training, I took to going home as I was in pains all through. Going home to sleep was the major goal.

I was opportune to see a friend give me apples from his yard which I ate a considerable amount before doing chores and then going to sleep. Before I slept , I had my lunch of Garri and the apple. Such a mixture.

When I woke up, I took to mentoring my students on how to navigate the platform, steemit. This was of audio call while messages were dropped in form of tutorials so they could reflect back on it when they have challenges. This tutorial ended with an assignment of which I gave them and told them to submit it the next day. That's how my day ended.

Exercising is very important for the body. This removes extra fat from the body and makes our body energetic. You are doing a very good job by giving tutorials to the new comers on the Steemit platform. Because every new comer wants to know all the rules of this platform and how to know all the rules. He gets very upset sometimes. You are really doing an amazing job. May you be successful and may newcomers take advantage of your experience.

The coach is truly good at what she does, I'm just reasoning myself turning the way she did. I can't laugh out loud.

Anyways, keeping fit is a very good business, keep it up. Meanwhile, I'm just learning this garri recipe now, something to try.
