Update #92: Writing Expedition ✍️, Have Fun while Writing! Drawing of Santa Claus And Christmas Tree

Greetings to you all fellow steemian. How are you today? I hope you are all fine as I am. Merry Christmas to you all. In this week's contest, I have decided to draw Santa Claus Popularly known as Father Christmas and a Christmas Tree to the kids and parents in the community because of the season. I believe you will all like my step-by-step presentation. My appreciation goes to @steemkidss for organising and sustaining the contest and to all of you who visit my blog.

Materials for drawing

• Plain A4 paper
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Sharpener
• Colours

Step 1
I began my drawing from the head of Santa Claus. I drew the cap of Santa Claus. After the cap, I drew the moustache, nose and eyes. I then drew the mouth and the long white beard.

Step 2
I drew the two hands of Santa Claus which are spread. He puts gloves on both hands.

Step 3
I drew the shirt of Santa. The shirt is big with a belt tied around his west.

Step 4
I drew the legs of Santa Claus. One of the legs is a step ahead of the other.

Step 5
At this step, I drew the Christmas tree. I started with the star which is at the top of the tree. I then draw the remaining part of the tree. I also drew the baubles found on the tree. Finally, I drew the stem and the container that holds the tree.

Step 6
Here, I started colouring my drawing. I began with the top part of Santa Claus's cap. I used red colour there and also on the lips. I also coloured the face of Santa Claus with a yellow colour.

Step 7
I coloured the shirt of Santa Claus to be red, leaving some parts as white. I also coloured the belt and hand glove black using a 10B pencil

Step 8
I coloured the trousers of Santa Claus red using a pencil colour. I also coloured the shoes black using a 10B pencil.

Step 9
Here, I began colouring the Christmas tree. I started with the star and bubbles around the tree. The star is coloured yellow and the burbles carry different colours(red, blue and yellow)

Step 10
I coloured the body of the tree to be green using pencil colour. I coloured the stem of the flower red and the container that holds the tree is coloured red, blue and yellow.

Conclusion
