Hi, how are you guys?
(The photo was edited using the photoleap app)
I hope you are safe and healthy . So today I thought of coming to you with a very beautiful post.
So guys, today I am going to share some information about Rampe leaves.
So friends, Rampa is a common kitchen plant. Therefore, Rampa is often used as a flavoring agent to enhance the healthiness and palatability of food.
Also, after adding Rampa to food, the food will taste even more delicious.
The other thing is that Rampa is a very fragrant healthy leaf.
So this plant is called Pandan in English. (Pandanus amaryllifolius) Rampe is a popular spice in Sri Lanka as well as Southeast Asian countries including Thailand and Malaysia. Rampe is loved by many because of the unique aroma and taste it imparts to food.
So scientists have identified three types of piperidine alkaloids with medicinal properties that cause this smell.
Also, the basic research done on Rampe has identified a number of important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that support its health. 100 grams of Rampe leaf contains 32% of the daily requirement of iron, 10% of calcium, 9% of phosphorus, and it contains between 43%-80% of vitamins (beta carotene) and 2 grams of protein and many other micronutrients. will be Accordingly, it appears that Rampe leaves are a food that can be eaten directly, not just for flavoring food.
Preliminary qualitative chemical studies on Rampe extract have shown that there are many phytochemicals that may contribute to its medicinal properties. Some research has suggested that these chemicals can cause arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, reproductive harm, and pathogenic microbiological properties.
So our mother always uses Rampa to flavor food
Currently, in our country, Otala food is made in Rampe leaves like wrapping food in banana leaves. Rampe juice and powder are used to prepare a large number of foods such as sweet, milk rice, cake, pan cake, pudding, jelly, ice cream, biscuits, cookies and noodles.
It has also been found that the oil made from rumpe extract is rich in phytochemicals that can help relieve arthritis symptoms and headaches. It has been confirmed by another research that adding ramipe leaves to it while frying in cooking oil helps to preserve them.
So if we really pay attention, we can find medicine for diseases in our own surroundings, and we don't really need to spend a lot of money on medicines.
So finally I wish you all a healthy life.❤️
