Hello amigos, let's dive into my story. The photos all point towards the send forth for the Commanding Officer of the 245 Recce Battalion. On this day the 7th of June, we celebrated the Trinity, i.e the three persons in one God, God the Father - the Creator, God the Son - the Redeemer, and God the Holy Spirit - the Comforter/Counselor.

We go to learn about how they work hand in hand, because in the beginning of creation God said let us create man in our own image and likeness clearly stating that God wasn't alone. On the day we were about to bid farewell to our commanding officer who was going to lead somewhere else. It wasn't easy to see someone who has made a great impact on our lives leave but it was for the best.

After the priest was done preaching the Gospel we then sang for offerings and after the Holy Mass was over the children sang a farewell song that shows how grateful we are to have him as our commanding officer. When they were done the choir also sang a song for the Commanding officer. The Commanding Officer, COL SA Bello" was a man of wisdom, and dignity, what the people loved about him was how devoted he was to serving the Lord.

When the choir was done singing the CWO "Christian Women Organization" of mothers of the church sang a farewell song for him you can see how happy they are to see him attain great heights. Their singing and dancing showed that he was someone of joy and peace. I most especially liked the way the Women where dancing in unison, it was indeed a spectacular day.

After the women were done, individuals, organizations, families, and the entire church began to present gifts to the commending officer. The priest "LT Father Maurice" presented the gift of the church in style. He started by saying that he's about to give the commanding officer a gift that will protect him from all dangers, give him everlasting life, prosperity, good health, and cure all illnesses and the whole church was silent to know what it was, and behold it was "The Holy Bible".
