A family is a group of two parents and their children. On this topic, we will be choosing how we like and dislike our family, to have a happy and fulfilling family.
For me, I like a small family of two parents and two children. My reason is that I have always wanted a small circle in most things I do, for proper attention.
I love it quality and not quantity. With my small family, I can give every one of them what they need like a good education, be there to hear them out and be available to help them choose acceptable behaviour to grow into responsible adults.
I like my small family because, I do not have to overstress myself in taking care of them, if I have to stress it will be to a point that doesn't overstretch me.
There is peace and quietness. In today's parenting, we need more hours to spend with our family to avoid so many risks.
Large families in most cases suffer from a lack of attention thereby breeding so many nuisances in the family, also financial stress affects larger families leading to a low standard of living.
There is no quietness in such families for lovers of a quiet home. Most times there are cases of lack of good education. There is also negligence due to Poor attention to some or all family members
I made my decision to a small family for the well-being and sanity of every member of the family that is both parents and children.
During my growing up even in the present day I have seen large families where parents keep struggling to take care of their large families. In this case, the children don't attend a good school some don't even go to school at all because the parents can't afford to pay the fees for the large number of children they have.
Some of these large families don't feed well, they keep managing food makes them lack a properly balanced diet.
The children are not given proper attention, which leads these children to go wayward in some cases.
Parents of a large family most times struggle to make ends meet until their death.
For those who have properties, at the death of their parents disputes arise in the sharing of property among a large number of children.
In summary, We all have our choices with our backup reasons for them. Mine is a small family for a better society, sanity and happiness of every member of the family. Thank you all for giving me your time
