HEALTHY LIVING HABITS FOR THE KIDS


Healthy living requires series of activities to maintain great health, long life free from sickness and health challenges for the young kids. I would be outlining some basic activities to enable the kids maintain good health and maximum efficiency in maintaining a healthy living routine.

  • MORNING HYDRATION:

The young kids should be introduced to morning goodness of taking at least 2 glasses of warm water to cleanse their system and empty their bowels too if need be. These routine cleansed traces of sicknesses such as sore throat or other forms of symptoms of illness.

  • MENTAL ENGAGEMENT:

Young kids should be introduced to activities to improve their mental capacity. These activities could be solving crossword puzzles, or playing the chess game too. These mental engagements aid in boosting their mental capacity to be able to create avenues to solving problems even when they get older.

  • PROPER DIETARY CHOICE

These young kids should be exposed to protein too to build their young bodies and aid their growth. The importance of milk cannot be overemphasized to these kids as they need it to boost their Intelligent quotient and sense of reasoning too. Body building food is essential for growing kids too.

  • SCHEDULED TIMETABLE

The young kids should be introduced to a process of setting priorities and and how to write out special ways of marking their calendars, to know when to achieve their little goals. It helps shape their future in sorting out their major focus and how to go about their little goals too.

  • TIME MANAGEMENT

The young kids should also be introduced to knowing adequate time management. They should know there is time for everything and should know when to get things done. No matter the situation they find themselves, an adequate time piece is crucial as it helps the young kids to keep to time, in achieving their routine success in their daily activities.

  • ACADEMIC ENGAGEMENTS:

These young kids should be introduced to academic engagements too on time. It attracts the ability to think and have a sense of responsibility, knowing that they need to be actively involved in solving academic tasks. These habitual actions help the become successful too in their academic pursuit too.

  • REWARD GESTURES

Rewarding these young kids when they get a positive result enables them get confident and also improves their quest to get more done. It gives them the virtual thirst for success. If they see a trophy in front of them they find a reason to get responsible and put in all efforts to be successful too in life. Build these habits in them too.

  • GOOD PERSONAL HYGEINE

These young kids should be exposed to personal hygiene. They should be given the obligation to wash the dish and get their clothing and beddings washed too. Good table manners and washing of their hands before and after each meal should be imbibed into them too
