All in one contest W35

Hello steemians

Greetings to you moderators of this contest and fellow steemians whom have made a way to participate in this contest as well....and I hope to learn from you ways to improve on my art as well.

Another wonderful day it is to share a sketch I did of my church member whom had just celebrated his birthday as.... isn't it a wonder that almost everyone I know have their birthdays this month, well I hope you all like this sketch I'm about to show u...
Alright then let's get the drawing started.

MATERIALS

Pencil
Eraser
Sharpener
Paper.

PROCEDURE

STEP1:

First I started by drawing an oval shape after which I drew a little circle in it, then drew a curved line above and below the eye then from there I drew a the eye brow and from that point I drew another curved line.......after which I drew a line in-between the nose to draw the eye as well as his eye brow, then I drew his nose and his lips both top and bottom....which I then I then drew a curved line opposite the eyes and drawing the downwards to meet at a joint to make his beard....then I drew his neck and his shoulder....after then I drew his ears as well.

STEP2:

After I was done drawing his neck, I moved to drawing the cloth he wore by drawing the collar, then I drew the necklace which he wore...like drawing little circle like a half moon. Then I drew his right shoulder and the sleeves as well as the the folds on it to show that he was bending his hand......then I drew the shape of the collar and the line in-between his chest and the collar, as well as the buttons on the cloth. Then I drew the left hand sleeves, after which I drew his head and the outline of his hair....then I drew some lines on his face which would be where I colour the dark area of his skin.

STEP3:

For the final part I began to color the sketch I made so as for me to complete this final stage .......which I did, coloring it with my pencil and the part that were dark area of his body.

Though I don't have the colors to make it look as nice as the original though...
