All in one contest W36

Hello steemians

What a wonderful day it is once again to be able to post in this great platform, like wise be a participant of the contest where I would learn from my fellow contestants....well I also thank the moderator for bringing such wonderful contest.

For this contest I would like to share a sketch I did of my cousin....one of my favourite cousin actually, though when he was young he was funny because of his pronunciation of bread calling it "blade".....but now he's a really big young man, my senior boss whom I look up to actually. And I decided to make this drawing to make remind me of him.

so.......let's get the drawing started😈

MATERIALS

Eraser
Sharpener
Paper.

PROCEDURE

STEP1:

First of all I started with drawing the eye, which look like an oval shape with a circle in it and above the inner circle I drew the lashes like little sprouting grass, then I drew a curved line below the eye after which I then shaded the eye brow....after that I shaded the left eye brow, which I then the eye with a curved line below it which is the eye lid...then I drew a curved line from the eye brow to the eye and downwards to make the lips and chin.

STEP2:

Then I drew his nose.....first by drawing a lil straight line and curved downwards after which I drew an oval shape again which would be the nostrils, after which i drew a liquid-like shape at the right side of the nose which would be the dark-area of the nose.......then I drew the lip both the top and lower one, which was from the previous curved line I drew....

STEP3:

Then I drew his chin as well as his beard, from there I drew a straight line backwards with a lil curved line to meet the ear which I drew and then to the head......curving back to the eye brow,then I drew the back of his neck and the cloth he wore....after all this I drew the few shapes on it to indicated the dark area of the skin.

STEP4:

Then after I was all that drawing and sketching...I added the final touch an artist would add to his piece of art.....the power of coloring even though it's just mono-color(black)......and that's what I did colouring it so that it would look good.

Though I don't have the colors to make it look as nice as the original though...
