Repair of faulty electronic subwoofer|29|10|2025|
Everyday is always a blessing as long as you can wake up and so the things you know you can do.....today was actually a long day as well as an hectic one, b'cause me and my boss had to brainstorm on how we were gonna repair a faulty subwoofer.
Today I woke as early as 04:30am did my morning routine and rush over to the work place around 08:15am reach my destination which was approximately 08:40am.....I panicked b'cause it would have been a different story of my boss had come before me.
After i had finish cleaning the shop I had to put out the accessories which we keep outside efor display and clear the working table...few minutes after I had finish cleaning a client came in looking for my boss as he wanted to repair his faulty subwoofer so I kept it for my boss to come look at it.
....my boss came in after some hours so I told him about the subwoofer and then we got into work, after troubleshooting it we found out that the control board and the sound ic( an integrated circuit that amplifies sound) had gone bad.
So we had to replace it with a home made amplifier my boss did which gave a loud sound than the original sound ic then I got another control board for the subwoofer in which we started the configuration.
After we were done it play ok as a normal subwoofer should play and I really enjoyed what happened today b'cause it really did impacted some knowledge in me.
