Who are civil engineers?

Civil engineers are a group of professionals who design and oversee the construction of infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, airports, and water systems. They also work on environmental projects, such as drainage systems and wastewater treatment plants.

Civil engineers solves problem related to the construction, analyze the impacts and feasibility of a project , develop a design and oversee the construction.

I admire engineers who are able to solve complex problems with elegant designs. Some of my favorite examples of engineering professionals who exemplify this are Robert Maillart, the designer of the French World Cup winning stadium, and Santiago Calatrava, the architect behind some of the most iconic structures in Europe. They both use their creativity and skills to solve difficult problems in a way that is both practical and beautiful. I also want to be a civil engineer one day.

If you become an engineer, what problems would you like to solve first?

If one day i get a chance to become a civil engineer i will reconstruct my own house. It is closer to river and in every moonsoon season we get floods and a part of our home will get into the river. I will make my house so powerful that no flood can harm it.
