I agree with you that Forgiveness creates an avenue of peace in the family.without forgiveness peace cannot reign.
And Bible says in Ephesians 4:32 that we should be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as Christ forgave you.
"To err is human but to forgive is Divine.
So it's a good thing to forgive.
