week--23 || My Weekly Food Highlight
I always strive to create diverse content; and so, today I have returned to you with a brand-new post. Today, I will be presenting the best meals of my week, along with my thoughts and feelings regarding them. Food is always something fascinating. I extend my sincere thanks to @ngoenyi for organizing such a wonderful contest. So, let's get started---

Sunday(morning)
(Paneer and Basanti Polao)
On Sunday morning, I had Paneer Curry and Basanti Polao. The rice in Basanti Polao is colored yellow and contains nuts and raisins. Paneer is also highly nutritious, as it is prepared by curdling pure milk.
Tuesday(Lunch and Evening)
(Puffed rice, potato curry, and boiled egg)
On Tuesday afternoon, I ate Muri (puffed rice) accompanied by Alur Dum—a dish featuring large chunks of potato. I purchased this from the canteen located beneath the hostel. Later that evening, I ate a boiled egg, which is quite rich in protein.
Wednesday(Evening))
(Spiced Carissa Fruit)
On Wednesday evening, I tried something new: a preparation of Karomcha fruit. I made it using salt, turmeric, and chili powder, and ate it raw. Since it had a tart flavor, it was quite delicious.
Thursday(Lunch)
(Naan Bread and Pea Ghugni)
Our university is home to many small canteens where one can sit and enjoy a meal amidst nature. Consequently—at the insistence of a friend—I headed over this Thursday afternoon to the "Naranda Shop," a spot particularly renowned for its naan. They served the naan accompanied by Ghugni—a dish prepared with dried peas—and we savored every delicious bite while sitting amidst the natural surroundings.
Since I currently reside in a student dormitory (hostel), I am required to pay my meal charges at the beginning of each month. Moreover, there are times—even when I have absolutely no desire to do so—when I am compelled to eat these specific meals, going against my own personal preferences. Additionally, I occasionally purchase meals from the university campus canteen to eat according to my own choice. Considering the overall situation, I must say that I actually quite enjoyed these meals throughout the entire week. As this is dormitory food, a certain degree of monotony is inevitable; nevertheless, despite this limitation, several of the dishes were quite tasty and nutritious.
