week--31|| My Weekly Food Highlight
I always strive to create diverse content, that is why I am here today with a new post. Today, I will share the best meals I had this week, along with my thoughts and feelings about them. Food is always a fascinating subject. I extend my sincere thanks to @ngoenyi ma'am for organizing such a wonderful contest. So, let’s get started---
I currently live in a student hostel.where meals are prepared in bulk for everyone, and we pay a fixed monthly charge for them. Although the food may not be particularly flavorful, it is healthy.A variety of vegetables are cooked with minimal spices in a light broth. That is why we occasionally buy food from outside shops or the university canteen. All in all, I have thoroughly enjoyed experiencing new flavors this week.

Wednesday(Breakfast)
(Rice, lentils, fish curry and Banana Blossom Curry)
For Wednesday's breakfast, I had rice, lentils, fish curry, and banana blossom curry. Although we usually eat stir-fried banana blossom, in the hostel, everything is prepared as a curry.
Thursday(Lunch))
( Potato Fry)
On Thursday afternoon, I had fried potatoes.which I bought from the canteen. fried potatoes is delicious and pairs well with roti, luchi, or rice.personally, I ate it with rice.
Friday(Breakfast and Dinner)
(Rice, bottle gourd and sun-dried lentil dumpling curry, khichdi, potato curry and fried egg)
For breakfast on Friday, I had a bottle gourd and lentil-dumpling curry with rice.It also included potatoes. Bottle gourd is an excellent vegetable that helps keep the stomach cool.
For dinner, I had khichdi, fried eggs, and aloo dum. It was raining that day. so the weather was quite cool, and eating piping hot khichdi and aloo dum in such cool weather is truly delightful.
Saturday(Breakfast and Dinner)
(Rice, dal, pointed gourd curry, egg omelet, mashed potato, fried potato, and pumpkin)
For breakfast on Saturday, I had gola ruti with a pointed gourd and potato curry. This curry pairs well with both rice and roti. It was quite delicious.
For dinner, I had quite a spread—rice, mashed potatoes,lentils, fried potatoes, pumpkin, and an egg omelet. It was an extraordinary meal despite its simplicity. I had prepared the egg omelet and fried potatoes myself.
