Food

Food as we all know is what we eat to stay alive and healthy too. When we talk about food then we talk about our health too cause healthy food makes us glow well, strong and healthy. Knowing this one has to be mindful of what he/she eats daily.

My Weekly Food Highlight

Now let’s take a look at my weekly food highlight;

Monday

Early this week i had fruit salad. Not really a fan of fruit salad but a friend of mine who’s a physical and health student advised me to cause it’s good for the body and skin. So i took some this week. The fruit salad is the combination of paw paw, banana and cucumber. It was quite nice/ good.

Tuesday

Next food i had with the week is Spaghetti. I love eating spaghetti, happens to be one of my favorites food and also doesn’t cost much to make. My dad likes spaghetti too reason why we cook it every week. Spaghetti can be eaten with any proteins but i chose to eat mine with egg / boiled egg.

Ingredients

  • spaghetti
  • Crayfish
  • Pepper
  • Palm oil
  • Onions / egg
  • Salt / maggi

Wednesday

Within the week i also ate bread with fried egg and tea. Mom wanted something light, quick and easy to make for everyone, so she makes this. It was delicious.
Fried egg can be eaten with rice, boil yam, potatoes and plantain. You make your choice.

Today i ate white rice and stew, my top 1 favorite. We don’t cook rice and stew often based on the cost of preparing it but this week happens to be my lucky week. Mom make stew which makes me happy.
Stew is can be eaten with white rice, beans, spaghetti, yam and potatoes etc.
There are a lots of food that can be eaten with stew, you just chose / make your choice.

  • Seasoning

This week tried my best to eat healthy and stay healthy too.
