Morning

Yesterday was very important day for me I got up at 7 AM. I finished my basic hygiene. I had a cup of tea with biscuit. I finished my engagement challenge post in Steem for Bangladesh. I had my breakfast with simple bitten rice washed in water. I had my medicines. I just eye through the newspaper.

Actually I went for medical followup. I organised my prescription and pathology reports. I put on my dresses. I was waiting for the car to come. The driver called me at 8:25 AM. I was supposed to reach doctor's chamber at 9:15 AM 21 km away from my residence. It took exactly 45 minutes to reach. Traffic was very less we don't wait in signals. We travelled over flyover for more than 10 kms. I took a photo Victoria Memorial Hall an iconic monument of Kolkata from high speed moving car. Another photo was the cultural auditorium of State Government Rabindra Sadan behind which the tallest building of Kolkata also appeared.

I waited for half an hour for doctor. I was third in patients serial.

I was waiting for my turn. I greeted doctor and report him about my physical ailments apart from hear issues. He is my cardiologist. I didn't have any breathing problem. He checked my pulse, blood pressure and chest with stethoscope. He just altered some doses of medicine or the proprietary name of the medicine. I was asked to follow up after six months. His fees is 700 INR (22.17 STEEM).

I had one cup of tea without sugar and a biscuit in a stall. I started to return home at about 10:17 AM. I took photo of The ITC Royal Bangal and JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata. I also took another photo of Science City (Science park of the city) from running cars. It took exactly one hour to reach home.

Afternoon

I took rest for a while. I took a shower. It was not so dry or hot. I took my lunch with rice, capsicum chicken curry and green banana. I took a nap. I had some fruits afterwards.

I spend some time watching TV. I had a cup of tea with biscuit. I started preparing my another engagement challenge post. I left home for a evening stroll. I returned home.

Night

I spend some time on Steemit replying comments. It was time for dinner I had roti and vegetables paneer. I had my medicines at bedtime.
