The Diary Game: Sharing a beautiful weekend with a beautiful friend [9th March 2026]

Hello fellow Steemians, hope you're doing great. Today I'll love to share with you how I spent my day with my friend. I wish you a happy reading.
Today is one of the most beautiful days I've witnessed and to crown it all, it's the weekend.
Very early in the money, my phone started ringing. In fact I woke up in the morning because of the ringing of my phone. When I checked who the caller was, I found out that it's my girlfriend. Immediately I took the call and she told me to come open the gates for her because she's standing in front of my gate. I was so surprised because she'd never been so early to my place.

When she got into my house, we spent quality time discussing almost everything on planet earth until I told her that I wanted to take us out for shopping.
She started preparing, adjusting her dress and more while I walked into the bathroom and started taking my bath.
She told me to hurry because men don't take time in the bathroom and I finished fast as expected.
He went to the biggest mall in my area, where we bought some snacks at a corner inside the shopping mall. Later I asked her what she would love to eat and she told me. So I entered the elevator and went to the section where we can get yummy food.

There I asked her which one she'd love to eat and she requested for the jollof rice and chicken, I requested for spaghetti, eggs and puff. When all these were properly packaged for us. We decided to get some ice cream and we did. After that we took some pictures and left the mall with our hands heavy with all that we've bought.
Together we returned back to my place and I enjoyed the things I personally bought for myself while she requested I remain some of my own and she did remain some of hers and we exchanged.
So I ate jollof rice, spaghetti, eggs, snacks, icecream etc and she did enjoy the same as well.

Later she demanded I accompany her to the market, which I did after refusing for some time. At the market place, she repaired her fancy slippers which almost pulled out partly when I stepped on it while in a crowded area walking behind her. We first had to repair the slippers in the market before going to buy other valuables. I eventually became the one who helped her solve the issues she was having with her online bank due to her daily transfer limits and helped her expand it. When it's time to go, she requested I follow her in a taxi to her place because she missed me and wanted us to spend more time together on the road.

We had a great time chatting in the vehicle we entered, she paid for my transport, we later went out separate ways after she dropped and I headed home in a taxi.
Indeed it was a beautiful day.
