#Update 102: Writing Expedition ✍🏻- Write On Friday: My Diary Game: How I Celebrated My Brother's Birthday🎂

Hi friends.. How are you guy fairing today?And your family members? Am sure you've been good... Thank you for visiting my blog post, all the pleasure is mine.. Today, I will be sharing with you on how I spent my day celebrating my little brother's cake day.🎂 Read on;

MY DIARY GAME

I woke up by 5:30 am in the morning, said my morning prayers, dressed my bed and headed to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for me and my little cousins. I prepared fried plantain and prepared custard for them. Before now, they had already finish taking their bath, wore my school uniforms and was waiting for their breakfast. So, finally the food was done, I served them and ate it up hurriedly because they were already late for school. Oh..!! Less, I forget.. Today, being the 21th day of March its my little cousin brother's birthday. He was actually turning 5 years old..!!🤗 Before he left for school, we sang birthday songs for him and wished him well.

Since he was turning five years, we decided to surprise him by going to book a cake to celebrate his special day. While they left for school, I decided to wash my clothes since I had a free time today. Yes, you will be wondering why I didn't go to work today? Actually, am off today at work, so there's was no work for me today. I use my morning time to arrange the house, sweep it, cleaned it, decorated the house with the help of my elder brother, and also loosed my hair because it was looking rough and bushy too.

Soon, it was noon already, I had my bath at noon because I was very busy during the morning hours. I got dressed in a simple attire of jeans and top, combed my hair, and we headed for the fast food to get the cake we booked. On reaching the fast food, "Crunchies", I sat down while my elder brother went to the counter to get the cake. He told them to write in the name of my little bro on it and it was really looking good. He also got drinks, sweets, and biscuits too. In a jiffy, we were done. So,we headed back home to celebrate the birthday boy.

Before we could arrive, the children we already home. When they saw the cake, they were very happy and excited. Next, we set the table by arranging the cake and other stuffs we bought. So, we invited our neighbors and they actually came to also join in our celebration. We sang, prayed, sing birthday songs, merried together and excitement was everywhere. He cut his cake and it was shared to everyone, including the drinks, biscuits and sweets. The music was on and everyone was dancing and tunning to the music. Indeed, everyone came with their dancing shoes.😄

Again, we planned on taking them to they playground after the merriment. So, all the children that came for the birthday including the birthday boy entered the bus and we drove off to the Christo park play ground. Soon, we arrived at the playground and all of them played to their satisfaction. Some of them played on the riding horses, slide bump, back 2 back, etc. I and my elder brother was just watching them and it was really fun. Soon, it was time to go home and we bought popcorns and went home. They children thanked us and left for their different homes.

When we reached home, everyone was tired and exhausted cause it was really a long and fun day. My little cousins also thanked me for making his day special and celebrating it in a grand style. The children had their bath and they weren't hungry, that they are filled already. So, I sliced the watermelon we bought for me and my elder brother to eat. Yes, my parents weren't around during this birthday because they went for a business trip and they were the ones who footed the bills for the birthday. I ate the fruits, had my bathe, said my night prayers, and here I am posting and checking my notifications on steemit..
