Special greeting to all the fitness enthusiast and the novice I believe y'all had an amazing and fun workout session today as I experienced with my fitness client, today session was super good as the environment was calm and the atmosphere was cool.

Earlier in the morning I informed my fitness client to come with their yoga mat as the focus would be on the abdominal part of the body, so far we've targeted this region for two days and today is making it three days of abdominal program.

These programs are intensive at first but the body adapt to it when Incorporating every each of them consistently, that's why at first we start from small repetition like 10, 15 and 20, increments take place when the body adapt and effectively execute the formal repetition limits.

So the programs we executed includes: dynamic sit up, Russian Twist, elbow to knee, crunch, V-ups, reverse crunch and follow by a stretch, here you can see that we repeat almost all the programs we already executed in the previous two days, the purpose is to get used to them so that the body can adapt to it.

15 repetition of each programs in 4 sets, provided 1 Minutes rest for recovery in each of the programs, by this we were able to execute all the programs regardless of how intensive some of the exercise were.

What really helps my client to carry out all the programs was their determination and discipline, they were able to push beyond their limits even when it seems like they couldn't, because they understand how impactful the program was to them.

The purpose of the program was to target the rectus muscles which is the center abs and the oblique muscles which is the side abs, their aim was to achieve a healthy abdomen so the needed to take the bold steps and they did it with passion.

A good stretch keeps the body calm and improve flexibility, most importantly it reduces the risk of injuries and soften the body. After the whole session we jump into stretching the body, five minutes was spent on this cause and yes it all worth it.
