As someone who is new and wants to start dropshipping, you must make good use of your social media.

Make sure you are active in all your socials start by posting on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and even TikTok. Anywhere you know people are. Let people know what you are selling through what you are posting.

Post clear pictures, and add catchy captions. Show proof whenever someone buys from you make sure you post feedback so that people can trust you and what you sell.

Make sure you are always active and not harsh be polite when talking to people who ask about what you sell, and even if they don't buy instantly, still be polite to them. Who knows?

They may come back and later patronise you. It may take a while and might be stressful at first, but if you are consistent and serious, your customers will surely come.

What should I do if a customer complains or wants a refund?

In situations like this, all you need to do is to be calm and polite don't shout, don't argue.
Let them talk first and listen to what they are saying so you can understand the issue on the ground.

Apologise even if it's not your fault a simple "I am sorry, ma'am or sir" can really go a long way. After apologising for exactly what went wrong with what you sell.

If it's something you can fix without refunding them, talk to your supplier and tell them what happened so they can fix it.
But it's something you can't fix, and you see how angry the customer is just refund, apologise and be honest.

It's better to refund than lose trust and be sure to learn from what happened. Let it be an experience for you so you won't make the same mistake again. Every mistake is a lesson that will help make your business grow.
